Orders & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative; payment is taken in GBP. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, a pricing error or stock issue).

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your dispatch email. International orders may be subject to customs or import charges set by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Earrings can only be returned with an unbroken hygiene seal. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Jazé points, vouchers & codes

Jazé points have no cash value and can only be redeemed as money-off vouchers on this site. Referral points are awarded on a friend's first paid order only. We may adjust or withdraw points, vouchers, discount codes and the referral programme where we detect misuse.

Affiliates

Affiliate commissions are tracked by code/link and paid as agreed with each partner. Self-purchases with your own code are not commissionable.
